You should use PowerIn(.io), this is exactly what you need if you want to auto comment linkedin post.

it looks decent but does it uses the LinkedIn API? need a solution real quick otherwise gonna have to build one myself that doesn't use the API

Check for existing tools like that on the Marketplace, might be seller posts there for LinkedIn bots. But, realistically, you're gonna want to have one made over on the Hire a Freelance section like everyone else pointed out.

To my knowlege its quite hard to do it in great mass since you will get detected when visiting too many pages. What is possible is to create multiple accounts let them reply/like/invite/message 50-100 per day and you will still have your volume.

compare between the available ones and use the one that suits your needs best.
