That's basically it. You make pins, add your links, and do that repeatedly until you have thousands of pins. It's a numbers game. You need loads of pins because the majority won't get any impressions at all.

I did so. 5 years ago I had a rather large board on tattoos. traffic was about 2000 per day. but it almost did not convert it. then I started looking for where to put that traffic and sent it through redirects to gray topics. My account was blocked and so was my domain. then I did redirects with another domain, it was also blocked. by the way, I had about 10,000 pins, and all the traffic they brought to me was 70-100 pins. at that time, the basis was middle-aged women from the USA
