How Can I Let People Know About A New Affiliate Programme?

Hi, I'm wondering how I can go about telling the forum about an affiliate programme that's accepting affiliates. The place I work for have a good one that they just restarted accepting sign ups for, but I'm not sure what the rules for this are on the forum. I'm also unsure of whether letting affiliates that are speficially looking for new programmes know about one would be classified as selling a service and would violate the forum rules.
