Choosing an affiliate program [Travel Vertical]

Hello, glad to welcome everyone to this forum

I need help to choose an affiliate program that provides offers with CPA or RevShare option. I tried to get an affiliate program with MaxBounty - no luck, they just ignore me, I tried Kayak / Booking directly - also no luck, either not enough experience or not enough information.

I'm planning to launch my tourism app, but to launch it I just need offsers with which I can monetize my efforts in creating the app.

Kindly suggest me how I can get 5-7 offeers from popular and branded booking services like ScyScanner, Momondo, Kayak, Booking, etc.

i'd focus on getting traffic first before concerning myself w/ finding trave offers
