Did that happen because I used sms-man.com for the one time verification while creating the account? Because I did nothing wrong.

This is what my common sense says : the number you get verification code from is used at the same time by other people for same purpose. when google sees that same number did verification at the same time for lot of accounts it assumes you are creating multiple accounts and suspends you. I did not have this problem when using a number I own.

It happened recently. You should go try for another method.

Same issue, and you should have use another method

this it s problem proxy .. change proxy .. use proxy good quality for example geosurf

All of public sms services have their numbers overused, even those which are available for renting. Your google account, as a result, is going to have a high possibility of getting disabled, you will constantly get logged out from your account and your google ads profile will be suspended for unauthorized access.
The only way to avoid it is to either look for some private services only a few people know about, which, probably, would have also high prices, or you go to your local store and buy sim cards, which will be absolutely clean and nothing will happen to your account, even if your sim card's country doesn't match your google account's country.

It is irrelevant how good of the proxy he will use. Even if it's the most expensive and the cleanest proxy, if he used an oversued and blacklisted number, google will be very suspicious about his account and will constantly put limitations on it.
It s good for the moment sms activate
No it is not.

if i use a morrocan number for one time verification when creating US account with US IP I won't face any issue?

I am not sure about not facing any issue at all, but that's definitely much better than using a blacklisted number. Your account most probably will be totally fine, not disabled for sure

I think this corresponds with the new rule that you have to be a legit business, and have your info entered to use adwords. I been getting emails from them, and I think the last couple of days or today is the day the soft ban comes into place.

update: I used owned numbers. Zero issue.

They changed something a few days ago.
Used to have the golden key for g accs and ads no locks until few days ago.
I Think ads is heaving its time when the just let the afs puch everyone in the balls.
And the know holidays are close so the prevent some shops from scamming the ppl.
First i get open founds close in ads acc after it was free then day later bot lock on the g acc.

No.
Leave Google Ads aside for a moment. It is your Google account (on the whole) that is disabled. This happens as per the "seasons" of Google, in some Google "seasons", it will happen more, in some Google "seasons", it will happen less or very less or not at all.
No one can predict which Google "season" occurs at what point of time.
Nonetheless, click on "Start Appeal" and then it will ask you for a story. Just write a short story like "I have not violated any Google Ads policies ... blablabla ... Kindly restore my Google account ... blablabla ..." and then it will ask you for an email address to which the appeal response can be sent. Enter and fill any (preferably NON-Gmail) email address for which you have access to at all times.
You will receive an email conformation about the appeal and then in (usually) 2 to 7 business days, the appeal response comes (by email).
Appeal every Google account that gets disabled. 80% to 90% of them get restored upon appeal. Also, do not use the same email address (for receiving a response) for all the appeals. You a unique (different) email address in each appeal.

Thank you for the reply. Indeed using sms service was the reason. Every account I make now using owned number has zero issues. It makes sense, everyone uses that same number at same time for google so google will assume I am making multiple accounts quickly.

it seems that something was linked to other accounts so yeah could be the phone number that is already registed as bad, you need to find another service with clean phone numbers.
