Hi everyone, I'm an old guest member of BHW, but I've never posted anything until today. I noticed that many users have started posting about "how to rank AI blogs" and similar topics, so I decided to study their strategies and try them out.
My Setup:
Keyword Analysis
I believe the most crucial part is choosing the right niche-not too competitive, with an average high CPC and with TRAFFIC so that we can monetize it better once we're ready for AdSense or other affiliation systems. The only way to gather this information is by using tools such as SemRush and similar. So, I created a brand new SemRush account and connected it to an old credit card with a few Euros on it to start our 1-week free trial.
During this period, we need to gather as much information as possible. Using SemRush, we can check with actual data if the niche we selected is the best for our final purpose: easy RANKing and getting Traffic.
In my specific case, the Fitness/Health niche in Italy is competitive for high-traffic keywords but not that competitive for secondary keywords. I certainly found tons of keywords with a difficulty score greater than 75, which is obvious, but there were a huge number of "secondary" keywords with a KD lower than 25, 15, and monthly volume over 20, 30, and 40K. That's what we're searching for.
So, I researched the biggest player in this specific niche and did research on all their keywords from the 1st to the 10,000th. An useful tool of SemRush is the CSV exporter, so I exported all these keywords and imported them into a Google Sheet.
In the Google Sheet, I've created three new Sheets:

In that way, I can easily keep track of all the keywords based on their Keyword Difficulty.
A traffic overview of some <25KD keywords:

As you can see, even if the traffic volume is decent and often over 10k visits, the KD is still lower than 25. That's our sweet spot.
Content Generation
Remember to connect your OpenAI API key into the AI Engine Settings.
Once you've gathered all the data you need to understand the niche, competitors, and juicy keywords you want to attack, it's time to take real action! So now, we can go into the AI Engine interface and generate our first test articles. In fact, AI Engine gives you the ability to fully customize how to write the headlines, paragraph length, section length, and so on.

That's the reason why we need to create some test articles first to see if the final result is what we wanted. AI Engine is really useful because instead of sending just one mega prompt, it splits it into several parts, ensuring that the max tokens are never reached and providing better responses.
Once we've found out the best settings for our purpose (e.g., reaching a specific content length, headlines, etc.), we can finally move on to the Bulk Generate tab, where we can easily provide a list of keywords we're willing to rank.
Content Optimization:
Even if we want to automate 100% of the process, we really cannot, as every single article must be reviewed, optimized, and properly scheduled. You cannot post 100 articles in one day. I've seen many "competitors" of mine doing so no categories, no internal link building, zero meta tags, no featured images, and no text formatting. Anyone can do that.
So, the gap between being successful and a complete failure is the manual optimization we're going to do on every article. Big G is not that stupid.
Also, when selecting the keywords you're going to use to generate the articles, keep in mind to select those that are easier to connect together so we can easily link them and start directly with a strong link building.
Another thing I do with the final text article is copying it into ChatGPT and asking it to highlight in bold the most important part of every sentence. So I don't have to do it manually. I think that you can ask it directly in AI Engine. Another optimization I love to do is paragraph separation. This technique improves the overall readability.
Now it's time for images. For this purpose, Free Assets Library is really helpful since it provides us millions of copyright-free images from free stock marketplaces. You can search for the image you want, easily import it into the WP media library, and use it as you want inside the website or article in this case. Remember to change the Alt Text with something inherent from the article itself to increase the keyword density and let Google know that the image is not there randomly.
Based on the article length, I usually place another image in the middle of the article, also optimizing alt text.
It might sound obvious, but we need to optimize the SEO parameters as well. Since I'm using Rank Math, I can check the overall score and try to optimize the article as much as I can, without going mad about it. A score > 60 is good enough. Just use a nice meta description.
Scheduling
Scheduling is a key part of the whole process since we have to make it as human-like as possible. As I mentioned before, you cannot post 100ish articles and wait for ranking and indexing. It doesn't work that way, especially if your optimization score is 0.
Right now, I'm posting one, max two articles per day. I optimize them the day before. Also, I choose specific time frames based on the country's time zone. For example, the first one is usually published at 11 AM, while the second one at 5 PM.
Once you see that Google starts to index and rank your pages, you can try to increase the number of posts per day. If this is not happening, just review your strategy.
Plus Tip: Social Sharing and Trust
We must gain Google's trust to rank fast and easily. There are various theories about this, but one of the most powerful, in my opinion, is to get Organic Social Traffic. If our content is valid, some real users will share your articles on their feed, groups, WhatsApp, and so on.
The best place to get free organic traffic is certainly the numerous Facebook Groups related to your niche. That's really important! If my niche is Fitness and Health, I cannot post my articles in a WP Specialist group or similar groups. Nobody is going to give me 1 view, like, or share.
Facebook groups are divided into 2 types: With Post Review and Without Post Review. Obviously, the ones we prefer are the first type, since we can freely post anything we want. However, the second type can also give us a lot of satisfaction, as these groups usually block most of the spam.
I suggest subscribing to at least 10-20 groups with at least 500 users. For this purpose, you can use your own Facebook account, but I would rather prefer to use some aged fake accounts. By using this method, you're going to receive your first visits, shares, and also TRUST both from Facebook and Google (especially if you're using Google Analytics).
Plus Plus Tip: Social Sharing at the Next Level
This technique is really powerful, but you need to have at least 3 fake accounts. The goal here is to create fake engagement under the posts you've shared in the groups. By replying under your posts, these will be displayed more and more on users' feeds (not only in the group). So you'll get more organic social engagement and possibly more shares, likes, and site views. This one is really powerful; I've used it tons of times, and it always gave me huge engagement, especially on controversial articles and similar content.
More updates will follow, and if you have any suggestions and tips, don't hesitate to share them.
