1k subs and 10 million views in last 90 days for your shorts channel. Assuming you say you have a big channel, you should have the subs.

The monetization button will show when you hit this on YouTube studio.

Add a few long videos like 5-10 min videos, where you are showing your face(facecam) and your commenting on the videos that are related to whatever your posting. Youtube favors creator presence while considering monetization. To make the monetization process quicker, you can buy 4000 hours of Youtube watchtime.
