Rule number one: never share your site especially a successful one...
I gave nearly this same guide to around 300 BHW users last year.
Most don't value what is free, they do not take action or even read it...
Anyway many make a lot of money from it.
Do you want to know if you can trust my guide?
This is a very understandable question since everyone pretends things these days.

The PDF is of really good quality. To be honest (no offence to you, the author), I was expecting yet another 15-page piece of crap where you have to pay to get the "real" lesson. But no. Almost 200 pages.
I can recommend it to beginners / intermediate level. They'll learn a lot. Perhaps a little less useful for those who already have some experience. However, it's a fine piece of work.
(and for those who are afraid of receiving advertising in the future, take a temporary email for 10 minutes / 1 hour like you can find hundreds for free on google, a fake name and that's it.).

On a serious note you can be sure that everyone here knows they can enter a fake email address.
Personally when I'm not sure I use a separate mailbox for the newsletters or similar so I can from time to time log and check everything.
Or another tip clicking on "unsubscribe" ,to that hard I do it often too. If they still send I will create a rule that automatically forwards the mail back to the expeditors haha!
