You can use mass-spam tools like Scrapebox or GSA for this (or even MoneyRobot, SEO Autopilot, etc... basically, any tool that can create backlinks automatically it will probably be able to build auto-approve comments, too...)

If I make a few comments now and then on relevant blogs but not insert links on the comments or on the username but I use my brand name as username for the comment or use the brand name in the comment what effect it will have?

Many years ago (4 or 5... maybe more... ) I've heard someone say that google does pick these brand mentions up and factor them into the ranking calculations, but I've always had a hard time believing this. Even today I don't think it's true... at least not until I'm proven wrong.

So, my answer is that they have no effects on rankings if you don't link them to your site

I heard from income school guys that not band mention but author name mention on other peoples sites helps to increase eeat.

author names definitely help to improve EEAT but - again - only if you link them to a website, otherwise how are google going to know that a random name online is representing a particular website? That's why I didn't believe any of these...

Scrapebox has many bug issue. Also if you don't have high quality proxy you can't run it. Als it's need HIGH CPU and RAM so try with wordpress is the best I think so.
