Hey guys,

My Stripe account got suspended for 120 days because apparently my business carried a big dispute risk, even though I never had a single CB.

I tried appealing this, but they won’t budge. Back in the day, I used to see services on here that would help people regarding similar issues related to PayPal for example.

Anyone knows a solution? I’d be more than happy to share money stuck in that account.

Thanks

What are you selling?

It's the normal behavior of you are doing blackhat business with them

Yeah but is there a solution to remove this suspension? Like are lawyers really capable of removing it?

There is no solution
You'll wait for 120 days. If you're legit there is no reason to be afraid

Stripe bans everyone who sells anything that goes against their TOS
Welcome to the club i guess, i would advise looking for a better Payment Processor

I Would advise looking local, try to contact your bank business branch and see if you can get a working SIP

And avoid using PAYPAL.

Not sure about handling such a situation since I automatically gave up on it and as mentioned above, they closed both my 'Atlas'- and my
US-applied LLC 2 years ago without prior notice. Got myself a local processor (In my home residence country, Israel -the best 1.5 years of my life,
and still going with 0 issues.

If Stripe can close an account without prior notice. You know what in the damn PayPal is about to be with Stripe (if not already for a long time)

Are you selling digital products? Anything in the grey area you should automatically classify it as Blackhat by default.

I found a local payment gateway provider and within minutes I had a digital terminal. -All they asked was in what field we operate, I told them
as is, we provide social media marketing promotion services, and guess what? Not a lot of questions were asked. -Even though, we provide
botted services as well. -The kind that PP, Stripe, Paddle, etc. hate due to fraudulent chargebacks.

You still can apply to PayOp, PaymentCloud, etc.
(PayOp, as an example, has personally told me they're "familiar with my type of business" and asked about the payment options I seek)

I'm sorry for not providing a solution but it's a painful situation to reminisce and look at. I highly suggest you hit the Search button and
look for similar situations.

Depending on your business, I'd lawyer up. Seriously.

If your order isn't automated, you should consider a payment page/invoice solution. Usually, payment processing companies have these
features included.

I see a lawyer was already suggested for you. The best bet is to wait, but don't let that hold your business, and apply for another processor today.
Even if you did something against their Terms of Service i think a notice from a lawyer would be enough at least to apply for an appeal.

But as you already know, the usual situation is the waiting game. You're locked out until the time is up.

Best of luck and success
