Google Ads - Backup Payment Method - Different Billing Details

Hi,

Background:
I have aged Google Ads account and I want to add backup payment method.

The primary payment method is card(card_A) issued to Person_A, BillingAddress_A.
Person_A is verified in google and is company owner.

Question:
Can I add a card(card_B) issued on Person_B, BillingAddress_B as a backup payment method?

I wouldn't risk that. Get the owner to get 2 different cards instead. Don't fuck around with payment methods like that, Google is ban happy if they notice suspicious activity for a good reason.

What do you think about adding a new payer through Payment Users function? Will such operation require additional payer verification or cause any problems? Do you know how it works?

In my opinion better don't even add any new payment methods because Google ads is so strict and can very easy suspended you
