Question regarding ad rental services for advertising an Android app

Hi everyone.

My situation: I have an Android app that I want to advertise on Facebook. The Android app is available on Play Store, it is a white-hat product (VPN app). You may ask: why don't you use your own account? I was banned for failing to verify my ID and therefore I cannot make ads anymore.

The ads I want to run should have the Mobile app install objective. Now, If I remember correctly, there must be a Facebook SDK installed on the app and configured with that App ID in order to measure app installs correctly - am I right? How does this service work on Facebook ad agency rentals? Do you also create a Facebook app there and configure the Android app with that new App ID or what?

Can someone assist me with these? I'm also looking for a rental ad agency to perform these campaigns, after I clear up my questions.

In facebook ads, there's a option for you to set your mobile app in. As for the steps, there will be instructions once you select that option.

I think you should use an agency account, they will set it all up for you, because they have powerful accounts
