I've posted in a couple of groups and put down my website url, but when I refresh the page my post disappears.

Could it be deleted by the Mods or is there something on the site that stops SPAM?

You need Imacro PlugIn for FireFox browser.

What about twitter? is there any reason to ping your page there (where the list of posts appears)? or any other page? Twitter is "nofollow" so my posts/profiles on their pages probably won't do me any good.

identi.ca is great to crawl and get some backlinks to your site...

dont forget to put some tags... the tags is another url for your profile website..

Yes, the link in the message also counts. It is diplayed on the profile page.:tool: <<<----Don't forget that!!!
