Not sure about the macros, but for the initial list you provided i installed..

Launch Clipboard..

Alt+Shift+K

Be logged in, and it'll open EVERY link in your clipboard (ctrl+C the list first)

Then just click Join or Subscribe, and click the next tab.. repeat..

The thing is that all those links came from the same domain. All same IP...

This is a good point...google does notice this. However, I'm still going for the PR boost...just an FYI...these localized links are devalued by G (if you are looking for boosts to keyword(s)) based on the same source location.

I start trying it! The list needs some cleaning to works 100% automatic, but it`s good. I clean it and now testing it. When I`m ready I`ll post it here! Hope this method really works!

thnx for this tip, very useful i started last night still did not get indext with my blog, but i do get some visits from identica, not much but its a start. dos it help to be in more groups and have a lot of subscribts or it does not quite metter that much?
