Why do so many people say BHW is not what it used to be?

Was checking some threads on Reddit of fellow members and many of them claim that BHW is not what it used to be since they starting banning people that gave for this forum and it's became a sell site to sell to newbies.

What are your thoughts?

For sure BHW is not what it used to be. In the old days, people where actually sharing techniques that worked, there was plenty of real talk between users. Nowadays, its mostly people selling some shitty service that provides no real value, if you are asking a question that is not easily answered with ChatGPT you will not really get an answer. All the smart people have left BHW long time ago. BHW is being run by the admins for profit now. I do like to come here once in a while but its getting lesser everyday because there is not any value in here anymore. And luring out the real sellers that provide a decent product is so hard because they are hiding between all the shitposts because you can easily buy your way to anything in here...

Because that is. I've seen a lot of people lately who buy VIP Jr, start a thread where they're selling something everybody wants for a cheap price, scam as many people as they can and run with the money. This is what BHW has become, a place where people abuse the VIP to sell their cheap (of even fake) stuff. I've seen some guys selling methods they copied from different cracking forums. Site mods don't seem to care, they actually encourage this kind of attitude because more people who buy the upgrade = more money in their pockets.

I do not think so. Although the number of sellers increases, we cannot say that this is exactly the case. There are many people here trying to spend time, socialize and share.​

BHW has become like digital point ,BHW had very strict admin panel you get banned for saying something silly and had great people who had guided what to do ,I myself from a 3rd world country but influx of massive people who got new access to internet has ruined the game

I think its the new Information age, in the todays world informations are everything so people started to sell those informations instead of Just Sharing them.
But thats not a BHW Thing, it's everywhere in that new world.

First of all, Reddit isn't for everyone. I perosnally hate navigating that site and support independant forums when and where I can, including this one. That being said, there are a few alternatives out there. Not going to name names but one of the things I like about the one I have in mind, among other things is the no-nonsense attitude... no tolerance for bullshit like incel posts and so on

I haven't been here long but a lot of the nostalgia posts to me seem to miss a less crowded and simpler marketing environment as much as they actually miss some particular epoch of BHW.

The market is more sophisticated, tech is more centralized and standardized, regulated. There are more marketers and BHW members. Of course people don't share the best, most refined method information because to do so is to instantly saturate that method.

Basically, everything was easier in online marketing (competitively speaking) in the past and you could get away with more. So people are nostalgic.

Always the new members or members who didn't post any contributions to the place talk stuff like this, there is still huge value and information being shared every day on BHW it's just that a lot of people can't find it properly or they just want to be spoon feed. Because of lurkers, people stopped sharing the spon feed methods since all of you started abusing them, and the OP's who actually shared the methods just can't make money with those methods anymore. And after all, if you think that's the case why not share methods/stuff yourself? People before shared more methods because BHW was a smaller community and their methods needed more time to get fixed/saturated, now there are millions of people on BHW and if you share information openly it will just be fixed/abused/saturated. Still, you can find many interesting information that can let you create your own methods.

There are still people that try to keep it clean, but the large influx of people and schemes is too much maybe.
