Please help me with my future direction

First of all, I would like to say hello to everyone in the BHW community

I am a web developer from Vietnam and I am 27 years old this year

During this year I got involved in bacaract gambling and lost huge amount of money for me about 30k$
Now I want to find a job quickly so I can pay back my debt. My current salary as a developer is about 1k2$. My English is quite poor so I can accept that number.

Currently I'm quite stuck for ideas, I know how to make a website but I don't know what website to make that can make a profit so I need your help.

Can you help me with a direction to create a website to make money quickly?

Hi man, I'm sorry for your situation.

Im also a web developer. Like you I also have debt. I've been thinking day and night for years trying to get to a better place.

Websites are nice but nothing without traffic, right..

I would go for multiple projects.

First of I would do an ecom website with digital products. Something like ChatGPT prompts. It's hot and you can get 15k of them in the freebie section from @scaz. Create multiple products from it. 15k is way to much in one product.

I made mine in 2 days

Next I would do an LMS website, learning management platform. There are free plugins to get you started. Use PLR products so you don't have to create the products from scratch. I have a self help site with ebooks and video courses. You can find a lot of PLR products for free.

I made mine in 4 days.

Both these are scalable requires minimal investment. Now comes to hard part. Get a lot of traffic to the sites.

Since you are good with websites. Create 80% finished websites. So only text and design needs to be changed in different niches. Like plumber, dentist, carpenter etc.Use marketplaces to sell these websites. Also google up GBP profile and offer the websites. You can even scrape up to a 1k GBP profiles with free trail on phantom buster.

Nothing of it will go very fast but you will be building up assets that can be sold or be profitable in the near future.

The tricky part will be marketing. If you solve that.. money will flow.

2) Please use English language while communicating in BHW forum. I have just translated 2 of your posts to English.

3) Third and very important - Give up the idea of making quick money by illegitimate means (gambling, betting, etc.) You have already lost 30k which is a huge amount. So learn from that experience.

BHW is a place where you can learn many useful guides about making money online. But trust me it is a marathon and not a sprint. So take some time to build some ground and then grow from there.

Use the 'Search' function at the top to find topics / explore the forum.

What I have done so far is getting Scrapebox and GSA contact website + Capthca breaker

My new project with gpt prompts got 1200 users in 3 days with only contact form marketing.

Im offering a free ebook in exchange for their email. So Im not selling on first contact.

But I bought the softwares, proxis, and a list of 30 milion urls and 30 million keywords to scrape urls of.

The 30 million contact forms i got from @phil stewart. He was really friendly and even helped me a bit with my settings.

Scrapebox also helped me get close to million emails of the urls. @loopline is the man when it comes to scrapebox.

He has free tutorials on youtube, he even got one video where he scraped a million urls from google in one minute. Impressive!

Next for me is testing all emails and getting on with sending out offers in way that don't cost to much.

I know Google Ads but don't have the budget for it at the moment and the order value is pretty low on the prompts and I dont have good upsell offers at the moment. I know Meta Ads but same here.

Im new to SEO so that is not an option at the moment for me. But this guy made 3k a month in only 1 month!!!

My experience with traffic is that I always get the best result when I mix channels. So x channel gives 10% Y channel gives 10% But togheter they give 25%.

Keep fighting, never give up, be relentless, learn quick (so never gamble again.) The odds are always against you. People with far worse situation than you have made it back. So there is a possbility for you to do it too. Give back and help others when you can.

That sounds like a very tough situation. What are your skills as a developer? Are you mainly front end, back end or full stack? And are you mainly building in a CMS like WordPress or are do you fully develop websites/web apps in code?

Building a SaaS platform or a product is absolutely the best way to make a lot of money, but you're going to be building something without knowing if it's going to be successful. If you need money now then taking that gamble isn't a great move, so I'd probably (at least in the short term) look at freelancing if I was you. It's not going to make you rich, but it should put some money in your pocket.

If you're into WordPress or another CMS, there are so many SEO businesses out there who need websites turned around quickly. I know Fiverr/Upwork and the like don't always pay incredibly well (there are some well paying jobs on there). But if your turn around is quick then you'll be able to make money from those sites from the volume of sales. Especially when you start getting reviews.

If you can code completely bespoke platforms and you have a good portfolio, you'll be able to command some very good fees on places like Upwork. There are loads of people looking for backend and front end developers, especially (from memory, the last time I looked on Upwork was quite a while ago) people who can code in Python or React.

Once you have enough money behind you so that you won't be stuck if the venture fails, that's the best time to throw everything into your own product. At that point, searching on this forum will lead you to people who have been successful with all sorts of different online marketing methods. But contact form marketing (as mentioned above) is low effort/big reward if you use the right tools. Personally, content marketing is usually my go-to, but it all depends on your skill set. Just don't leave yourself relying on the product to pay your bills and put food on the table - sure, you may bank big, but you may also end up with nothing. Make sure you've always got a bit of $$$ to fall back on if you don't get any customers.

Glad that you've found something! You could probably automate a lot of that as well and then you wouldn't have to spend too much time checking unless something was wrong.

There are loads of things you could do, but there's never a guarantee of money, no matter how good the idea is. Move away from looking for something cool and look towards something people are looking for or a problem people need to have solved. Remember health, wealth and happiness are the main things people will pay big for. A niche with something like that which has low competition could be a goldmine.

Take a look at the pinned thread and read the posts in it, that will help you a lot, believe me.
