Hello

I am looking for a way to send an invoice as a company, for a company, without owning the company myself.

The payment has to go to a legit company in Europe and that company would then transfer me the money (minus the service fee)

Do you know what companies provide this service?

Reason why I need this is because I am providing a service to a company, but that company must not know that it is me who is being paid. Therefore I need a company with zero link to me.

Send invoice from a friend company details. Pay him some commission to receive money on your behalf.
Thats what I am currently doing.

But in addition to 20% VAT, I have to pay 10% to my friend so thats a 30% loss.

I am looking for better / cheaper alternatives.

1. Whats the Commission.
2. The Source of Funds
3. The destination

1. Whats the Commission.
Negotiable, Its a new business for me, in the first 4 months the invoices have been in the range of 1200 € - 7000 €.
Around 5-6% commission.
2. The Source of Funds
Affiliate marketing (gambling). Payments are coming from a legit and well known operator in Europe
3. The destination
Ideally Skrill / Crypto.
Also possible Revolut.

Thank god that he agreed for only 10%. You need a trusted person for this.

As a private person you can just send them an Invoice without VAT since you are not VAT registred. No problems, then you just take up that income in your annual tax declaration and pay the taxes needed.

That's false in many countries.

If you engage in activities regularly that are remunerated, you'll have to register a company. For example, if I enjoy working with wood and I sell two tables per year, that's not a problem (kinda a paid hobby). However, if I start selling one table per month (that's extra income), the tax authorities will come after you.

Maybe so, but legal in many countries to. So calling it false is not the right answer, OP did not mention which country he lived in.

You’ll likely have a personal threshold before you’re seen as a business entity and required to register as such, suggest you check your country tax laws for what your threshold may be before you’re required to be classed as a trading business. If it covers the cost of the goods/services you have provided then just make your own invoice up.
