Adsense need some information

Hello guys i back to use adsense with my new project maybe i will add it on journey here when a bit more time. But at now i faced 1st problem after 2 weeks adsense using i got: "The number of ads you can show has been limited for 1 or more of your AdSense properties. For more information, visit the Policy Center." Ads now loading occasionaly for users.

Is there any safe CTR that i shouldn't go up or i should focus on something special ? Any advice would be good. I would also want to know how many traffics You have guys and how many clics for Your site (no need specific detail like domain just want to know how to avoid any problems in future).

Do not click ads and not ask others to do it too

i use theme where people can clic ads by mistake but i think i could handle good revenue with just domain change if i know safe CTR.

I got that same warning and limitation after me running Ads on Threshold accounts. Crazy how Google knew about it.
