Hello, it's been like 12 hours since i submitted support, purchased plan but wasn't able to access Cpanel at all

I am sorry this happened. It was a mistake with the email template, which is now fixed.

We're hiring more people for support actively to reduce the response timings. But, as you may know already, hosting support training is exhaustive and takes months. Once the new team is online, our service will be considerably faster with less than 3 minute response 24x7.

I am not aware of WP Automatic until your post. If that plugin will work on Shared hosting, it will work here flawlessly. Please get in touch with the developers to know whether it can run on Web hosting or needs a minimum of VPS.
