Hello,
I have 100+ websites where I can publish unlimited articles and get backlinks.
These domains range from DA10 to DA60+ with low or no spam score.
The only problem is, some of these domains are blacklisted, some have random bad content (lorem ipsum types), and some have chinese content.
If I create a niche site, is it worth getting backlinks from these sites. Or these sites are now good for nothing.
If I can't use it for back links, what is the use of it now. I can't also put adsense because the sites are not ranking.

Why don't you delete lorem ipsum and chinese conent. That will be the starting point to make something of those sites.

Is the DA+ artificially inflated for these domains? And yes can you change the spammy content? I would personally not bother with use these blacklisted domains for backlinks. Probably more work than its worth. Could actually do more harm than good also.

Yes, DA is forced.
I can change the spammy content.

Even if I create new content after deleting everything. Will it rank, as the domain is blacklisted?

If the DA is artifically inflated, then it has no DA at all in my opinion and changing content wouldn't make much of a difference and since its blacklisted already, I would move on. perhaps these can be worked on over time though to get a real high DA and get the blacklisting removed? I wouldn't link from it currently though.

Why not test with 1 site? Get backlink from all and see if it help rank.

You got hundreds try on a few and see. Make sure to change everything, hosting, content, domain registrar, gsc account. I would even let them sit idle without any content for a few weeks to a month.

Content is not issue for my thought. But can you tell me is this 100 website host on same server or same IP? If yes its seems like PBN. If not you can create backlinks with your niche related articles.

might find find minimal use on them so worth a shot.

First off, steer clear of blacklisted domains for backlinks; they'll do more harm than good. Google's algo has gotten sharp, and those links can drag your site down.
