Its custom. But from different scripts that freely available. This site could be copied with a little work. If your looking for a template forget it. You wont find one. The large show in the page uses the "Cross browser Marquee II script" Google it you will find it.

Very nice design.. as someone already said, with a bit of work... it shouldn't be too hard to do something similar.
