Making some good money offline, passively.

I'd suggest to diversify into online ventures alongside
Something as simple as starting a new blog
Actually, it is tough to get skrill workers to manage multiple online work. I feel safe to give work only my local boys, for this I have to trained them first, give all equipment like laptop, But sometimes local buys also try to cheat with me ( like snatched my clients), not work hard.

Any tips how I can manage my workers and they will not cheat on me? So I can manage multiple work online.

Why don't give ads about your restaurant on local newspapers and news channels ?

Goodluck OP. You seem to have the drive... Keep it up! It's only a matter of time before you strike gold!
Thanks

This is a great idea. Will do it absolutely, our renovation is not completed yet, will take another 15 days. I am so excited to share my new restaurant photos here.

You are a real investor. I'm surprised by your large investments. Because I don't have much money, I started a small-scale business, even very small but with great efficiency (I think so). You can sell on ebay. A shirt priced from $10 can easily sell for $25+. My lowest month is selling 100 units. I also have a website to sell chatgpt accounts in my country. I bought it for $0.5 per account and after doing SEO to get my products in the top 10 of google, my customers bought them for $4 (multiply x8 with basecost). I'm selling 5 to 15 pieces a day. I think people who sell netflix, canva, grammarly... accounts here also earn the same.

Congrats machan! I knew where you were from just when you mentioned the interest rates.

Also, keep in mind you can jump into the real estate game with little money as long as you are good at negotiating. Look into "creative financing" to see how to make a seller financing deal work in your favor!

Also, recently got into the horse business. Bought shares of a group that buys horses with private investors' money at around 80k and then trains them for 4-6 months through my trainer and look to cash out in the US for around 250-300k. Investors get 20% return on their money. Message if interested in getting in a deal like this.

All are hard work for 11+ years. I earn all online.
most of them I was making from CPA with media buying that I left like two years ago. But I think I don't even waste 5% of my earnings. So I have money for investment.

1. Don't keep money in bank (Gov and private). Better you can invest in stocks. With just little research you can create a small portfolio and invest their. You can get easily 15% avg yearly return for long term investing. If you don't have any investing knowledge or Don't want to invest time in learning it then simply invest in mutual fund. It will give you 8 to 12% yearly interest. These both options are better than banks.

2. If owner is not able to do business successful till now then you will be in loss. Invest here only if you are capable to do business on your own. Read book "Richest man in babylon" you will get clear understanding what I'm pointing here.

3. It is good option for investment prospective. Just choose location/ place wisely.

4. Invest more in income sources than dead investment. I know having a own home is essential, But prioritize things as you feel comfortable.

(Really sorty for my bad english)
Cheers..

Hi, thanks. I also buy land worth $32K in this year (3920 square feet) , but as the land doesn't give me passive income so I don't mention it on my thread.
But already get after $5K+ profits if I sold now, in only like 8 months.
id love to invest in a factory to produce goods and sell those goods to people here in the US.

Restaurants are hard to build it, I dont know if in your country have ubereats or something like that but U could think in a DarkKitchen is more cheap

Good luck buddy, sounds good... I hope it will be a profitable business.

Can out of country invest in government bank?
Yes

I will suggest everyone who want to give lend to friends and family, do the amounts that you are afford to lose.

I don't even lend unless it is for people I am very sure can pay back and have clear plans to pay back.

What I do is just give them 10 - 40% of what they want (If I can spare it) then tell them to go hustle the rest, lending is easy, but getting back your money is not.
