Wanted to bring to everyones attention again that we have a new UDP profile for the VPN access that was affecting certain people in some countries and invite people to try this profile. It's labeled as "Alternative" under the VPN profiles. It's for OpenVPN. We would love to hear some feedback if this is working.
We also are gradually updating our modem firmware to fix some of the issues that people have been experiencing randomly.

I don't like chat your support and give complaining, has tried to complain about the speed but they give a screenshot about speed test of my proxy in their side, so, what should I do? In fact I face a slow speed in almost At&T proxy. I understand maybe the slow speed happened because many others of your users use it same time, but please make some improvement to make it better.
And for the whitelist ip, we should add our ip address everytime change proxy, I think you can change it to make it default ip whitelist until we change of deactivated it.
I still love your ip reputation, that's why Ii still continue using your service.

Hello uranas2019,
We are doing a new firmware over the next few weeks to upgrade all the modems from the issues people have been having. We never stop working on our platform and infrastructure as mentioned before. We have huge demand and are doing slight modifications to things constantly to improve service.
Regarding IP Whitelisting moving to next location or proxy we can't really implement that however are you aware of our Easyport solution that you put in 1 time per license and can change locations and IP's without having to change anything on your end. If your software requires IP Whitelist then obviously that's a problem but the way the network is setup it's next to impossible to carry IP Whitelist between locations.
I appreciate the insight and thank you for using our service.

No you shouldn't because people can use mobile IP's on their desktops using personal hotspots on their phones or even now days Verizon and T-Mobile have "Home Internet" which is also mobile IP's and it runs your whole house.
