Separate Post for Similar Key Terms? Thoughts Please!

Let's say a keyword I am wanting to rank for is "Support Shoes" and then there are lots of low hanging KWs such as "Best Support Shoes" "Support Shoes for Poor Circulation" "Buying Support Shoes" etc - what are you doing for these types of KWs - are you writing one post with the aim of targeting the KW's in one swoop, or are you writing posts to target each KW?

My site is VERY whiste-hat and so my dilemma is I don't want to risk confusing G if the same KW is across different posts but wanted to know your thoughts on this and how you're handling this situation in today's SEO world?

they're all part of the same keyword cluster (clusters are very important in today's SEO), so you would write a longer article (say, 1000 words, but even longer than this if you need to) around the main keyword (support shoes), and you'd mention the other keywords sporadically throughout the content (even in H2 or H3 sub-headings if it makes sense). Cheers for the reply @tazarbm - that's what I thought. I had a separate article that I believed was affecting another KW so removed it with the aim of merging it with the better one.
