How much can I trust Jr VIP here?

He introduced me a Jr VIP as an escrow, who will serve as a 3rd party for payment.

Is it fine to totally trust any Jr VIP for this purpose?

You are not allowed to buy from a non-paid member. You are risking getting an infraction as well as you can be scammed.

If you want to be safe as well as to follow the rules, either search the marketplace for a same/similar service or post a HAF thread and wait for some paid (blue or pink) members to reply or send you a PM.

It depends who, but why would you want to use someone you don't know as an escrow?
The whole point of an escrow is that both parties trust them.

I would not trust an unknown person to act as escrow just because they are jr vip. Besides you cannot purchase from outside the marketplace except on HAF or WTB.
