I am waiting according to the dispute rules. I need to wait 48 hours before I can apply for a dispute. Although I am sure that I have been cheated, I still need to wait 48 hours. I don’t understand.
I don't care about the loss of money, I just lost trust in this place

Well I am sure the admins are trying to follow SOP. The other party deserves to present his/her case IMO.

It's not this place. Those people are anomalies in an otherwise successful operating marketplace.
These things happen in all forms of business, it's just easier for it happen online. Doesn't take away from the fact that a large amount of successful transactions happen on this site hourly.

Scammers are very short-sighted with their plans in life. They'd rather make a quick buck than have a recurring customer for life.

This is so true. Scamming just doesn't scale and has no longevity and its obviously morally indefensible. Some of the best and simplest advice I ever heard was simply..
"Don't chase the quick buck, it's not there."

In my eyes, scamming can scale and be long-term.
A lot of black hat marketing is indeed scamming. The difference is that you don't talk to your victim face to face, you sell them fake stuff and you don't feel guilty for it. You call it money-making or online marketing.
Scamming random people online without in-person connecting does not make your blackhat marketing innoceent.
A lot of our black hat money-making stuff is more or less scamming on some level.

This is your mistake as you apparently have not read the rules. You are not supposed to deal with non-paid members (due to the chances to be scammed) and you will most likely receive an infraction because of that.
Read the rules, due diligence (check user's reviews, check their profile, check the dispute solutions section) and I can assure you that in 98% of the cases you would be fine.
