If I have my own mobile carriers on my own mobile carrier devices, I’m trying to figure out how I can I use these to create my own proxies? And also have each proxy rotate ip address?
I assume your mobile carrier device is a dongle. Wich best softwareI guess this is the best solution. You just need these hardware:
1) Proxy Server:
Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (4GB)
Raspberry Pi power adapter
Ethernet cable
Raspberry Pi cooling fan
32GB SD card (or larger)
2) USB Hub:
Orico IH10P or IH20P USB Hub
3) Wi-Fi Dongles:
Unlocked and modified Huawei E3372h or E8372h dongles with Hilink. ( You can use your smart phone in place of the modems, but keep in mind the features of "Unlocked 7 Modified Dongles".
Then you just need a software or script to Manage and Rotate the proxies.
