Are money giveaways prohibited?

If I've for example to do a giveaway giving 30x 10$ on PayPal would that be allowed? Or is that kind of giveaway with money related in it prohibited?

You are not allowed to collect emails in giveaways, so unless a fresh new PayPal user is part of your giveaway, you'd be better buying 2 users a Jr. VIP or donating the $300 to charity.
