AWS account consolidate billing and risks

Hello guys
I got a normal AWS account which I paid for it for several months, I verified it with phone & wise credit card and I have access to them all

Now I bought an AWS account with credit ( 10k credit ) And i want to pay for my main account by creating an organization and invite my main account. ( Consolidate billing )
Is there a risk that they suspend my main account if I create an organization and pay for my main account?

btw the 10k account got suspended once and I provided documents and they unsuspended it.
I appreciate any comment.
