New Appeal Form

Anybody else see the new appeal form? What are they up to now? And after submitted it says "We will respond within 2 weeks" lol... Just yesterday I got the old one. After I sent appeal I got this at the top of the account.

I think it has to do with the new interface. It comes along with the new appeal form. Plus they will update the policy on Google Ads this coming months.
