WordPress automatically publishes spam pages

Recently I was using wordpress to build a website, but something strange happened. It would automatically publish some spam pages, which were irrelevant to the content of my website. I am sure that the account password has not been leaked. Does anyone know what happened?

Your site got virused. Any nulled plugin or theme installed? Are you using a shared cPanel? You must clean the site, change the login credentials and the salt keys. Cheers!

Better change the pwd details and send request regarding to your host provider, Reinstall the WP
