IG actions limit and blocking account with new IP

I run few mobile devices with some automation of IG apps to do likes and story views for couple months.

Empirically I found that around 60-70 likes per day is safe number and can be done for long time

I mostly use 4G sim data on phones and also tried residential static proxy. The only issue I cant avoid is blocking account when IP change, it sometimes happens randomly on mobile 4G network or when I move to another proxy.

Does anyone have same issue? How do you handle unavoidable IP change to avoid blocking account? Also I do actions 7 days per week, it seems IG block if you do actions without delay during day but I haven't noticed any block if you do it everyday without day off (if stick to 60-70 likes). Do you do "day off"?

This is the 1st time I'm even seeing someone mentioning about account banning due to ip change of sim 4G data. And honestly, that's a natural thing. All the normal users running their normal personal IG accounts on their phones, And the network ip always changes, but we don't see them getting any bans from it. Tbh, it's better to let it switch naturally, to blend in with the masses.

I don't think an IP change is responsible for the block. You need to check if the bot you are using leaves any footprint that makes your Instagram account appear suspicious. 60-70 likes per day is too low. I do around 150-200 likes daily, along with all other account actions, manually without encountering any issues.

If the bot performs actions in the same pattern repeatedly without introducing randomness, it might be the reason for the blocks.

I run 3-4 accounts on my phone with multiple actions, all done manually, without any issues.

You need to revise your hourly limits for actions to something like:

• 15-20 likes per hour
• 20-25 stories per hour

Additionally, engage in natural actions such as:

• Scrolling through your feed
• Watching reels
• Liking comments
• Liking posts in your feed randomly

2. I'm currently testing story views in the range 60-120, just as addons to post likes. I noticed IG has limit to simply number of opened profiles, so I tested story views from "following" tab when I don't need open profile page to view story, in this case I was able to view up to 500 stories until blocked. But I haven't proceed with this option, focused on views from profile page
3. I split likes through the day evently from 9:00 till 22:00, so it is about 6 likes per hour (I do it in a batch like 6 likes per 10 min then sleep 1 hour).
5. Just one for now per device (in order to minimize possible blocking variables as I'm in learning phase now)

I use custom script that automate real Andoind IG app. I cant to do it manually, since I don't have enough time, but this method from IG point of view should look like real user interact with app (I do some random actions manually though in app to make it look more like real)

Maybe there is another factor that trigger block, but when acc successfully make likes for 10-14 days in the row and then blocked, my only guess is that it related to IP (because IP indeed changed, and if it were issue with number of likes it will probably blocked acc earlier, I noticed when I do over limit like 90 likes, it block acc next day right when it start)

I noticed that if I do something over the limit, it block acc right on the next day. So if instead of 60 likes I do 100+, within couple days account will be blocked. I also do scrapping IG private API to get new usernames/profiles and there is similar pattern if I over the virtual limit I'm blocked within couple days.

So from these interactions, my inference was that if IG suspect something it block acc within couple days(and opposite also true, if no block for 7 days straight, current config/limits seems work). This is one of the reasons why I think IP maybe be the problem, because the acc that performed likes did it successfully for 12-14 days, my thought was if IG had suspicious about it it would block it earlier.

You need to do a proper warmup and you need to have good quality accounts. Seems like the accounts which you have bought or created are not good quality.

Yes I dont do any warmup. What is considering proper warmup? Something like: day 1 = 10 likes, day 2 = 20 likes, etc till the up limit and then proceed with same upper limit?

Yes correct, and maybe delay something with 2 days in between increasing limits

Yes, I was thinking about adding detecting IP change, but not sure if the delay will work, like if IG think I'm a bot I probably need to make some notable delay like at least couple days before proceed, and this means waiting coupe days each time IP change (that can also be every few days). So if this is the only solution, it would be probably better to start with finding 4G provider that rarely switch IP

Going with a 4g proxy provider it's a good idea, but before doing that take in consideration that your solution works too just need to adjust a bit. Wait, why a few days? NO, the idea was to stop doing anything WHEN the IP changes, a couple of minute top, myself I am stopping my actions in less than 1 min, and resume afterwards. No need a few days.

Relating to your acc question. A good quality account, (how am I creating it) is created on a real phone using a real SIM for creation, and it's profiled at the creation: profile pic, avatar and follow RECOMMENDED accounts by IG. How am I doing it: I use a real phone with real SIM (have lots of those from my main proxy business), I am following a handful of recommended accounts, add profile pic + bio, username generated with ChatGPT, I am adding followers through a panel, ratio is around 3:1 Followers:Following so if I follow 30 recommended accounts I get around 300 followers. I post 12 posts: images AND reels. It's a very important factor, nobody that is selling accounts haven't saw them selling accounts bulk created with reels included so this alone will make you stand out from a bot account, even if somehow by this point the algo suspects you that the account is not genuine, adding reels will increase trust score a lot. Other things that I saw will increase the trust score, not that much, but you can take in consideration: reshare one of your post as story and make a story highlight with it. If you can like and comment a bit on the feed posts for the accounts you've followed that's the warm up process, and you my friend look like a real person with a strong account in the eye of algo. Yes, it takes time, my acc creation process takes about 40-45 mins but it's a strong account that can last way more than a shit acc bought cheaply from a panel where they don't give a sh*t about quality, cause they make money from selling volume, not from creating and lasting.
