don't you realise that not all links are available to them directly ?
Here is the proof: i have round 60 links i promote products. from 4 weeks i never got a blacklist or a notification from TakeDown (Changed Clocker), today i got one from the links and tested it in VirusTotal because i was curious how was that possible, and as soon as i tried 1 link, it was as Clean. after 5 minutes i got a takedown email from my hosting provider. exactly the same link i tested.
100% they report the links everywhere!
