I'm looking for the cheapest available way to make almost millions of articles using large language models. No specific model but maybe 3.5 is good. GPT 4 is overkill for my use case I guess.

What are my options here?

Also is there a limit on chatgpt 3.5 plus account? Of so what are these limits?
