You mean get published on them? You can create a thread in the Hire a Freelancer section and see if someone has connections with a publisher on one of the sites

did you find out because of some articles you saw or because of metrics? Would be interesting to be able to check metrics on websites to see if they are the next parasites.

Yes, but news websites shouldn't be promoting gambling.
Once you cross PR into gambling/tren/weed/cannabis etc you are no longer a news website and you are technically a parasite.
Most online Casinos are illegal in most countries. Gambling online in the USA for example is illegal, the same as here in Australia. Do note that I am talking about Casinos.

How much is the charge to get guest posts on these ? These sites are risky though as they can be penalized by Google soon.

May be it's not, i know google treats these big news publishers as seed sites and would turns a blind eye on them. It has to have some exceptions code build into its serp ranking algorithm.
But this is just a wild speculation.

No such thing as a reputable newspaper site nowadays
I've seen these two being brought up in SEO circles a lot recently, but can't say I'm seeing them having anything like the reach that OutlookIndia still has, even after the nerfs.

Ok, I read something like this in the marketplace some days ago and I was in the doubt of why now someone has decided are going to play this new game of corrupting a new SEO word
It happened with PBN (now there is almost a full marketplace section on fake-PBN and everyone is accepting such, when they are only selling fricking Guest Posts)
And now it happens that a parasite will become any site that simply accepts casinos, Viagra and any gray/black niche.
Let's be clear here: this is still a PR or a GP that simply accepts more niches. But still, PR and GP site not a parasite.
Parasiting is a technique, and the parasite page is the place to execute such technique. It doesn't matter the niche, although gray/black niches use more frequently this technique for their churn & burn nature (many are going to receive a massive penalty and die young, so better live fast & furiouly)
But technically, you can parasite with the whitest product on the market. So not every site that accepts gray niches is a parasite by definition
Furthermore, parasiting involves hideous practices, specially non-consent practices. Many sites in the world, like Reddit or Change.org were historically the first parasiting objectives. To the point that they have now implemented a no-follow no-index strategy to eliminate these practices (only once the Subreddit, the campaign or the post, or the user, demonstrates a degree of trustworthiness they remove the nofollow/noindex tags). Still, you can inject articles and content without owner supervision. This is the main core of parasiting.
Still, you can clearly execute parasiting practices over a PR or a GP, but they are not parasites by definition (for example, blasting the site). But technically, you can blast not only a parasite, but a 2.0, or low-quality links like bookmarks, profiles, etc, so still I doubt that the blast-eable option make a PR or a GP, a parasite-page category.
Moreover, I would not even call it 100% parasiting because they have had 100% consent, and one of the main parasiting properties is the non-consent.

Conclusion: The title should have been: "New big PR sites to publish gray/black niches articles".
Why I'm talking about this?
I think we should stop corrupting words; otherwise we are going to end with those fricking 50 marketplace posts full of deceipt to the point that when someone is actually asking for a parasiting job, he will not really know what he is asking about (like now happens with PBN)

If they are brought up too much they will face the same problem soon. Outlook India is facing manual action from Google.No such thing as a reputable newspaper site nowadays
