Newbie question.
Is it ok to copy or duplicate or modity a youtube video and submit it as your own? Will the video be remove if found changed or copyd?

And what is the best way to get a unique video without spending much?

nope YT has hundreds of videos like that as long as it is not a copyright you will be ok

not if it is detected, reported or if you plan on being part of their partnership program.

Just shorten the video by a few seconds or add more to it with a splash page at the end and have it run for a few seconds then change the file name and it won't be a duplicate video.

Yup if you want to submit a video for youtube partnership then it should be all 100% your content if you just want play around you can simply upload as many videos which are already up there.

Just download them change titles and as said above cut few seconds from start,middle and end and you have a new unique video i do that all the time and right at the moment doing it as well lol
