Typically you interface with an API via a programming language like python. Go to youtube and search "python requests tutorial"

If it's Wordpress, you're gonna need PHP, not Python. If it were me, I'd write a plugin that requests data from Lulustreams API and displays the content or saves it in the database. You could do it yourself or have a programmer do it. Other than that, there isn't a plug and play solution where you can just insert your API key and be done. It'll take a little work.
