I started my agency a month ago, here's what's happened so far, my mistakes and plan for the future

I decided to give this avenue of making money a try after seeing a video from a YouTube channel dean indigo (quite abit of useful info on his channel) The day i made my decision i sent out 2 dms and got a model almost instantly, i now realise i got quite lucky. We managed to bring her from $400 the previous month to 2.1k however I was too complacent and could have driven alot more traffic. The model did not provide any content the whole month so i only had 4 videos and abt 20 pics to work with, this obviously did impact my ability to make more but the poor revenue is mainly my fault due to my laziness in improving my traffic source.

My model quit a few days ago and is now ghosting me while she still owes half of my 40% cut, (im intending to rase my cut to 50/50 with the next model) tbh i was half expecting her to ghost after she quit, still quite unfortunate seeing i did make her more then 4x what she had before but oh well. I've sent about 1000dms over the past few days but no luck yet however im shifting my focus to tinder trying to find local girls as i think it will be an easier approach to find local models as well as greatly enhancing the likelihood i get paid. The last 3 days of my partnership with my old model i started reddit and was generating 5 subs a day at $8 and selling $75 of ppv on avg a day so this will be my main focus with my next model.

I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this and advice is welcome, gl on your journeys

good luck with your journey, what the main source of traffic reddit? did you post only on subredits?

Goodluck on your journey.
Hopefully, you will make more money.

Did your doorstep model handed over her OF account to you? How didn't you manage to track the revenue?

Did you sign a formal contract?
yea i still have full access to the account, her bank card on it though, yes but im Australian and she's American so legal action would be difficult and not worth it

good luck with your journey, what the main source of traffic reddit? did you post only on subredits?
no, i only just started using reddit, my main source was snapchat but I've moved away from it, I've only posted in subs right now but i will create my own sub for my next model
