I just found a good expired domain in travel niche, about one Asian country. There are really good backlinks from wikipedia, huffpost, Time, cnn and some other with +80 authority. What would be the best way to use it? To rebuild the site and continue with the travel articles? Use it for the AI generated articles in travel niche? Something else?

I am really looking for a good advice. I have a couple of websites that bring me some $$, but my profit comes from other niche and I don't have a lot of experience with expired domains.

Thanks!

Hey bro can i ask you how you make money from websites and what does it require to start money and skills

I can suggest you better re-build the site, but this time create a better blog, not with Wordpress, design from scratch, something new, i already have an idea!

Adding, @Kikerinka he is an expert and got a profitable travel site.

Thanks mate, I wouldn't do a usual travel blogger website but probably more as a destination 'how-to' site, but I am open to all options when it comes to monetization of a good expired domain in travel niche.

To be honest, I am not looking for website design. But, if you have any idea or suggestion, pls write it here.

I can't explain you that in one post. There are literally thousands of posts here about how to make money from websites, thousands of experiences, methods, possibilities, guides, journies...Use the search option or browse the 'making money' section.

Keep it simple. Use a minimalist WP blog theme (mobile friendly of course) and use AI to generate content for the blog.

Maybe use a plugin to auto-redirect any old or broken links to the homepage for any visitors coming from those sites.

I mean, you could also "recreate" that particular article that they're linking from with similar content with what used to be there. Using the same url link, especially if it's WP.

That way the visitors are less likely to bounce off the site immediately and will stay to scroll, and potentially click around more.

Example, if one of the pages was "Best Places to Visit While In Seoul" don't just copy the old article, but have AI draft a whole new one with the same general info. You can even put a little disclaimer in the article that "this article was updated to reflect current travel trends and locations" or something like that.

That way those old backlinks are less likely to be removed by the other sites and you're still getting the traffic to your page.

Thanks mate, I could play with that topics that have valuable backlinks. I will probably go with AI generated content all related to the low competition keywords around that destination. I am just wondering what would be the best strategy when going with AI content in travel niche.

I do not know where you have this information from :). Maybe I have some sites in travel niche, but maybe they aren't profitable. Or maybe they are? Maybe I even didn't make them for profit ;).
But thanks for a mention and considering me an expert :D

I would love to help you, but have little experience with expired domains too :).

In my opinion though, travel niche isn't much different to other niches. Keyword research is the key, and consistency in publishing, as always. If you want to go the AI way, you need to ask someone else, since I have no experience with it.
Te be honest, I honestly think the fact that you have this domain will have maybe a 5% impact on your eventual results, not more.. Any case, good luck to you!

Is not any problem to make all content with AI? Google will know rigth?..

Google doesn't mind you using AI, as long as your content is useful for your website users. You should not directly copy it directly from AI, you need to check and correct it if there is something incorrect in the grammar.

I use the blogger platform to create a travel website
