Hello, send link download systems from tools like envato are very common in every country. I did not get into this business thinking that there would be legal problems, but everyone enters and makes money as they wish.
Do companies like Envato not interfere with these sites, is this legal? A few years ago I sent an e-mail to a site, they said they would take care of it, they didn't care.

Right, no one cares, untill they do, that is, if your site is making really good money. Or it's like a business site with an a physical store or office.
You can always blame on fiverr or some agency that worked on your site.

It's a really lucrative sector. 1000+ users can be reached in 1 month. However, if the company sues and asks for its right, very large penalties can be taken. I'm afraid to get into this business in case they sue one day. However, whoever is around me is building and selling his site without fear.

Yeah, beacuse if you sue someone in idaho, they will treat you like an ousider trying to extort money from good hard working small business and through your a$$ off the window.
