Zero organic traffic from socials

I created a blog in the "health" niche, I'm posting an article a day, Google for the moment has only indexed a few articles for me and is bringing me zero traffic and so far everything is normal.

I posted the links to the articles, some summaries, also using hashtags, and emoticons on Instagram, Twitter, a Facebook page, Reddit (banner for spam), Thumbr, Quota (answering some questions related to the articles), Pinterest, Medium, Flipboard, Getpocker, and Bloglovin but I received practically zero interaction (not a little interaction but really zero).
The accounts were created from scratch, so I wasn't expecting miracles but is it possible that not a single click will reach my site? These social networks should have some sort of "discovery" of new content.

While waiting for the site to grow (for the moment I only have about ten articles) and for Google to index me properly, do you have any suggestions for bringing in some visitors? (Maybe for example I forgot some sites to post)

There is nothing worse than writing something that no one reads.

It helps in better indexing. But for gaining traffic through social media. You have to make target like Facebook groups, specific quora answers, specific subreddit questions.

This is normal 0 traffic from social media spamming is a hit or miss unless you are doing backhat or know latest method for a particular platform like reddit.
Your problem is 0 traffic from Google. That's the real problem.

Focus on intriguing titles. It needs to grab people's attention in order to generate traffic. If all you have to offer is generic content, you're out of luck. Start learning a bit more about marketing.

It will not happen in one day. You have to grow your social accounts organically, when you have a good number of followers, likes, you will start getting the traffic.

Share post frequently on those social platforms. Also share interesting fact, viral fact, not only your website link to get real likes and followers.

You should focus on the right audience will may be beneficial for you. Also, gaining traffic will be a long-term process. So, you can always produce your high quality contents by targeting the right keywords and focus with effective research first and it will find the right audiences at some point to get you the good impact.

My friend it's a harsh truth, when you are in broader health niche keywords, these are conquered by big companies who are ruling google seo worldwide (example byrdie.com)
They got the right (lawyers ) from judges on this niche keywords so google sends the traffic to them not to you. With that when you are doing blogging, use more narrow down longtail keywords for content and for your social media content to, then you will likely more stand out and get traffic. Not use the same broader keywords as these big companies ! Check some big health companies in your niche, check their site and keywords !

Social media is harder to redirect traffic from. I would continue building the website in order to get more traffic from mama Google.

Social media try to follow the followers of a FB group, follow the followers of an IG account, etc, etc.......
Post you social content to multiple FB groups where you are a member, the same for IG/ Twitter...

When this method not bring you any good traffic then I don't know.......

To bring visitors while waiting for Google indexing, try engaging in niche-related Facebook or Reddit groups, collaborate with micro-influencers, and focus on guest posting on established blogs for initial visibility and traffic.

Post you social content to multiple FB groups where you are a member, the same for IG/ Twitter...

This is indeed solid advice, but most automatic sharing plugins are not working due to a very strict API policy.
You can use a service like Make.com to keep your content shared automatically. https://www.make.com/en/integrations/wordpress

That's an helpful information thank you ! Or better do it manually- copy a summary of your website content with link back and then copy&paste in your Facebook page + multiple groups with some additional content about it (the same to IG, Twitter, Linkedin I guess.....)
On my website with block theme I have 6 plugins is enough and makes the site running fast.
