It is impossible to change password on them and API will work this month only. So, if you are planning to use the whole balance till end of September, you can get one of available accounts. If you plan to take longer, then wait for the restock of original accounts

1. The original accounts. You can change the account password. The account will last 40-60 days after starting to use it. API works fine
2. New accounts. You cannot change the account password. The API will most likely stop working on the last day of September. If you plan to use the whole balance till then, there's no difference in which type you get
