No Code Academy is it worth it?

Hi, I specialize in WordPress (specific no code page builder) and I have been assisting a lot of agencies in elevating their designs, paying attention to intricate details often overlooked by many designers. I've also had the pleasure of mentoring a close friend, originally a painter, on building WordPress websites from the ground up and knowing how to host it, where to host it, speed optimizations and domain setups etc and he does well for himself now as a solo freelancer. Many of these tutorials are available on platforms like YouTube though so thats why im curious to hear opinions. As I helped these agencies and few individuals they were able to charge more because of the outcome of their designs.

Are these type of academies still profitable or better question is their a demand for them (such as yourselves in this space)? I would offer 1 on 1 training with course material, and not brand as a company. Curious to hear your opinions just to see if such idea would interest anyone.

Now I wonder why anyone would like to make anything without code, when most AI models give the code straight away... If languages are already an abstraction layer (or many, depending on the language), why abstracting one layer more?
Some years ago, I would consider this, but nowadays, just learn to prompt, you don't even need to learn to code (or maybe learn to code while learning to prompt)

In my own experience I found ChatGPT definitely useful, but there are still points where it lacks knowledge or completely messes it up. I would not trust ChatGPT to write production ready code and neither should you, for the time being.

100% Agree, I cant keep count of how many times I've replied back to chatgpt that produced an error in all caps, and seconds after remembering its a Ai LOOOOL, I am a fan of it overall still gets my information quick. Instead of going on Google looking for a verfied publisher, but for coding and people starting out no way.

This is as close as Ai websites get as of now: https://durable.co/ as a no code solution and not even code. Coding itself would be helpful for experts and nightmare for beginners. Because Experts would know if Chatgpt messed up or them and the starter would be curious all day running in circles to figure out the solution on both ends.

If your asking if a elementor website is slower than just a coded website, your correct. Code is always better. Most freelancers / solo still use elementor if a client project is $6000 - $8500 USD budget then Elementor would be a more preferable option depending if the website is static or not and many other factors. and it also depends on how you build your website & what theme, elementor itself is not the reason of slow WordPress Elementor websites, its usually the themes, overload plugins, host plan, etc. All my elementor websites average above 95-98% on Google Page Speed Score on desktop & mobile websites but it took almost 5 years+ to get the full scope of things. When I use to build elementor websites starting, per website page use to take 6-12 seconds to load lol. So I know which perspective your looking at it from and what level your at.

The best possible tips quickly to give out and test it yourself on a static elementor website which will enhance all your elementor websites:
1. Get siteground hosting wordpress plan (best rated wordpress hosting)
2. Use Generate Press Theme (empty theme, very fast)
3. Use elementor Pro Only, including to make the header, footer, contact forms.
4. Make sure all photos on each page is in "100 kbs more or less size each photo" no image should be 500kbs to 1mb+. If you have a large image size, open it in 3D paint and go to Canvas and change the Ratio.

Just doing these 4 steps would be a start.
Also I heard of breakdance, seems promising never used. But its hard to trust any other page builder if its not Elementor because how large their company is and they have been funded over $65mil to enhance their Infrastructure, currently Ai is rolling out big on Elementor these upcoming months they have invested into. I don't want to be in a scenario where I have 1000 websites built using a new specific page builder and it goes out of business or a update causes an error across all websites. (It has happened time to time with Elementor but they solve it quick) Elementor is backed good. That being said, being a coder is of course better than all this, my main question was focused on no coders that are currently at that level. No coders still average around $150k-$500k+ a year depending on their skills, marketing efforts, and experience. Many freelancers make the same just by being a elementor expert on Fivver or Upwork.

Thanks for your message, and I agree. If someone was to put time into learning in general, should be to get better at coding than choosing no code. Platforms like Elementor and WordPress has democratized web design, making it more accessible for a average Joe to make stunning sites. The shift created opportunists who were still able to make honest livings and provide good service with Elementor only but that's only a very few lol, mainly a large portion were disappointments who didn't want to invest time to even learn atleast the one thing they're doing already quickly for money, which eventually leads to losing clients in the long run. Opportunists target audience I guess lol. Still big agencies use Elementor, Example Grant Cardones website was built using Elementor and many celebrities, athletes, SaaS and big brands. So if you could understand the full scope of elementor its useful to make a honest living and work with good brands (with requirements you could handle of course, like also fully understanding wordpress, static sites or using woocommerce/stripe good etc).

Thats great to hear man, looking forward to it and for point 4 I made regarding the images. If you have any PNG images that are logos, icons etc. Thats okay to keep as PNG. If you have PNG photos that are regular stock photos in general, CONVERT them to JPG.

I'm late to the party but yes, I think there is a market for that. You seem to have a fairly clear vision and some ideas of who your customers might be. So pitch it to them.
