I have a team of workers that can be put into good manpower usage, but they have to be well guided. Many of them are new to IM/ from developing countries, and you have to provide clear text/video instructions for them to learn.
This is something I am weak in, so I'm looking for a partner who is patient enough to communicate/teach these workers well. You do not need to have knowledge in the subject (but good if you do), but act as the middleman between me and the workers. The main thing I wish to put them to use is on social media tasks, work on platforms like Reddit/IG/Tiktok, so its relatively simple and within their skillset.
Here are two ways we can JV:
1) You have a project that require my workers help. I can provide this team of manpower to you.
2) You join as a tutor to guide my workers, to work on my project. Have a successful project of my own, and looking to scale.
Prefer someone who is active, and reply to messages at least within 24 hours. Don't MIA. Good communication is crucial for a successful JV.
