[Questions] PayPal in different country

Hi all,

What is the best option to create PayPal account on my name in different country in which i do not have residency nor any other legal ties? I am looking for an option that is least illegal as this account should be used for accepting non-risk payments. Reason for this: PP has limited options in my country (I can only send payments but not receive them). I live in Europe/Montenegro if that helps.

It is not a problem to create it but to keep it alive. Same with linking bank accounts and credit/debit cards as it will be, as far as I am aware, to the country of residence. I would like to create account, for example, in Austria on my name and have it legally if that's possible.

This is ok option and my last resort. Do you know any other option for individuals (person not business entity)? Also, does it work with offshore companies registered elsewhere (European Union - Greece, Malta, Cypress, south Europe in general)?

But you still will pay taxes to your homecountry and to the U.S. Maybe this is why the OP is asking.

is there any platform that you can hold the funds there and no country can see it? Basically like a crypto wallet but a platform. I think Paypal is one of them but you need to have your business nr to be registered there for huge payments and ongoing payments ?

no country can see it? I think that's impossible only crypto that can do that
for paypal Uk can see your money
for Revolut/Wise Uk also
but there is other options to do that without your info and more safer I think

yeah but the point is that you need maybe a registered business either on U.K or U.S to use those for ongoing payments. Maybe a personal account will be limited.
Also my country has the law even if you open e business to dubai or anywhere in the world, you will pay tax for the home country. So if I register an LLC, i pay tax for U.S + my home country.

yes basically crypto is the way to go. KUDOS Satoshi Nakamoto, but we are still early on it since maybe 90% of the people don't know how to transfer it. Or a crypto exchange can do it fine.

every country I know now is fighting crypto so they can control the world and the money goes within it and you have to obey them to do anything according to their rules

They cant
