Not possible, users can always block your accs. You can use multiple accs to bypass the block.

Well there’s this user that keeps blocking me every time I ask him a question or message him (I’m not selling anything to him or anything like that) and it just gets annoying because he fails to realise that the more he blocks me the more I’ll chase after him until he replies to me. That’s the long story short. Sorry if it sounds confusing lol

Sounds like stalking to me. You can't prevent him/her from blocking you. You could even get your account banned for harassment.

Every time he blocks you, he probably report you as well, so be careful. If you are botting, don't go into discussion with the individual users, no matter what. Just do whatever you're doing and don't get yourself into unnecessary troubles.

Different ip, good proxies, good and different fingerprints and that's it. U will still have some banned for sure if u create 1 but if u create 1000 u won't notice. Maybe an acc creator could help
