When I post a tweet with Link it won't be shown when searched unless you search it immediately after is being tweeted, after a minute it goes missing.

Why is this happening, both new and aged accounts are facing this.

Must I have lots of followers to tweet link?

A lot of followers isn't strictly a requirement to post links. If you're account is fairly new, it's pretty expected that happens. Might want to consider aged accounts for that sort of thing.

But for me, even an aged account still misbehaves this way.

they know your spamming - twitter is not dumb.

Really?
But I'm using url shortener to shorten my link before posting and I'm using proxies too

URL shorteners are probably followed because it's just a 301 redirect. Also unless you are using 4G proxies you are probably flagged as a possible spammer already.

Pls mind sharing some more details -

How many impressions that tweet with link has got so far since you posted it?
How many followers do you have?
I think you don't have Twitter Blue yet, am I right?

I have few followers less than 20 but I don't think is a problem of followers
No blue check

If you get twitter blue, it'll be fine.
Twitter forces you to do this.

blue check don't play any role in your case.
I guess the problem is mainly the link.
do you guys know any services to hide your link and at the same time short it and get analytics ? (I'm not talking about a redirect like bitly)

I don't get a chance to gain impression because it gets hidden from search after a minute.
But that tweet must be seen on your profile page. There you can see how many impressions it has got. However I understand that since you have a very small follower base (only 80+) the organic impressions should be very less.

20 followers is nothing.

@Norman_drey and @Bigray Try getting a blue subscription. There are high chances that Twitter is forcing normal users to go for it. I am saying this because I am having Blue and I never faced any problems so far.

My total daily impressions are close to 25k on an average and are increasing day by day.

Business or personal profile?

I should at least see my post on search results, but no, even though no one wrote what I wrote.
It rather show no search result than showing mine.

Personal profile.

Try link in replies not the main tweet

Really? Huh. How's your anti-detection browser, IPs from proxies, that sort of thing? A lot can really affect your posts when it comes to Twitter and just about any social media sites.
