Warming social media account

So I created a bunch of Pinterest accounts then I decided to follow several people. I only followed 4 people when my account got banned.

Reading online, all I see is advice to warm accounts but no one says how to actually warm an account.

How do I warm a Pinterest account?

10 pins a day in the first week, 4 of mine and 6 of other pinners?

What pinning schedule should I follow for a month?

I have about 2000 videos I want to upload.

During the initial phase, I would typically pin 15 times a day in the first week.

think like a nature. if you can't become a overnight success man or woman you have to be patient. as like that first week try to upload one pin a day and second week 3 pins a day week by week do 1 month after you can upload as you wish but patient my friend i created 100+ pinterest accounts and never got banned because i had patient.

you should pin 60 first month you'll se the progression by your self
