So I am considering going VIP but I wanted to know if what I would like to do is allowed.

Am I allowed to sell banner/popup ad spots on my site in the marketplace?

Absolutely. But you may have to provide your Google analytics details to the mod reviewing your sales thread, to verify your traffic.

Yes of course! Thank you for the response, if you have any experience with this or if anyone else viewing this thread does, how much do the rates go for something like that lets say for 50 thousand tier one traffic monthly.

I've never sold ad space so I'm not the best person to advise on that. Hope someone who knows the market can pop in and help you out. But other than what country your traffic is from, your niche will matter the most. Not all niches pay the same.
