congrats on the great success you're having there, your success is inspiring, may I know did you purchased a "deleted domain"?

I wanted to give a try, but I was well aware of most of the sites having poor backlink profile after spending countless days on searching on expiredomains.

then though, some of them seems to have great number of backlinks, but when we take a look on moz's spam score, it's terrible.

so picking a domain name is really an ouch. I'm also curious is the domain name length matter? like if it happen if you found a domain with awesome backlink profile, but it's a lengthy senseless domain name, say celebratehannah44birthday. com

headache... haha.

I hope I can be shed with a bit of light here.

My domain is 20 characters long, so there is nothing wrong with a lengthy domain. My domain is related to the health niche though so you need some relevance. You also need to check WBM and keywords it was ranking for previous. Don't change the niche of the domain or you will lose everything pretty much.

I've got a plagiarism score of <6% and a human score of 95%. It took me a little bit to get there with my queries for chatgpt but yeah.

This a very good journey. Thanks for sharing it with us. Lots of really good ideas. You mention you use semrush for keyword research. Are you analysing each keyword for difficulty and other metrics? And how low do you go for volume?

Around 480 for volume, I've done my own testing over the last month to know what other metrics to look for i.e I know the difficulty of the keywords I can use.

One issue with your site getting bigger, especially in medical is all the eyes.

Things like this make me try my best to improve content quality, it is one thing for random people to call your site a spam site.

but when companies start reaching out to google and name dropping you or plain out reporting you, it shakes the ground.

This medical site is tiny and not even making good revenue and they already have people on their dick.

Obviously im not in favour of spreading misinformation but this is a new era of getting your sites demonized.

The content reads better than a spam blog in 2015 but you get a target on your back.

Oh yeah, 100%,

I scrape the top 3 websites and I've thrown 2 peer-reviewed articles in there as well, my bot then summarises the content, and uses that to write my articles, I've taken a new approach to my content to ensure is mostly factual depending. Can you reup them attachments? They aren't appearing.

Im not sure why, they are just excerpts of the important parts of the article, hopefully it works now.

I myself need to put in some work. While my newer sites have greater quality control, the initial AI crazed site has

no quality control on any articles that DO not get traffic as they havent been rewritten.

While it is not medical so and much of the content is borderline subjective, it doesnt take a trained eye to notice the first 4000 or so generations are

pure ai trash I put up testing if it would even rank.

However, bigger news sites have proven that they do not care if your site is getting traffic or not when they are picking domains to demonize.

Ive been thinking about lowering the site size because slower targeted posting has proven to me over and over to work fine this year with growth.

I feel I could better preserve the quality of the site this way as I still ideally think I dont want to sell the site if I can prevent it.

Another option is that im cosidering partially redirecting the portion of the site that is high quality and getting traffic to a different domain.

This shouldnt be too hard as ive already made internal seperation of content edited and checked vs content we have still yet to see.

The general "update what ranks" model can continue and the "old" site can just be killed off the bury the dead content if it ever gets negative press like that.

Google still seems to be serving ads on the website reported butwe cant veiw their adsense account so we are not gonna know what google decided to do about it.


However since 301 can be hit or miss id potentially lose a lot of the gain until things settle, and naturally it would fragment the power the original domain had more.
